This study aims to assess recent trends and characteristics for infanticide the sub-groups: neonaticide post-neonaticide during time period 2003–2017. Multiple Cause-of-Death Mortality Data were used identify infanticides in United States based on ICD-10 codes. Joinpoint regression analysis was calculate rates of infanticide, neonaticide, period. Logistic examine association between socio-demographic each outcomes. During period, 4545 (1.2%) infants identified as being victims infanticide. The declined by 4.2% over whereas those remained statistically unchanged. Males non-Hispanic (NH) Blacks more likely be post-neonaticide, compared females NH Whites respectively, but had similar likelihood neonaticide. While foreign-born residents exhibited nearly a fourfold increased they about 70% lesser than US-born residents. Conclusion: Reasons disparities found this are multifactorial.
